Production assistant at SCINTILLA
from June to October 2024
SCINTILLA, which is a creative studio specializing in cinema and XR innovation, welcomed me for an internship as a production assistant in June 2024.
During my internship, I sought to strengthen my production management skills, including team coordination, budget management and communication with various stakeholders.
In terms of the objectives of the internship, I understood from the outset that the role of a production assistant, especially in a creative environment, is essential to ensure the proper management and coordination of media projects.
On a technical and administrative level, the assistant is responsible for preparing and managing the documents required for grant applications, as well as monitoring deliverables to ensure that the team complies with constraints and guidelines. This work requires great attention to detail to ensure that each deliverable is in line with project expectations.
The assistant must regularly follow up with various external partners, such as designers, investors, suppliers, customers and distributors, to maintain effective and harmonious working relationships. My long-term goal is to build a solid, sustainable career in interactive media, ready to meet the challenges and opportunities of a constantly evolving industry.
